We're a dedicated presentation company. It's what we do, and what we understand best.
If you need to put your point across then we'd like to make a few suggestions on how you might do it. It's an approach that's worked for a great many companies, and some stunning presentations and big, big outcomes have resulted.
We've been using PowerPoint® since it first usurped Harvard Graphics' leading position back around 1990, but we've also developed Configurative, our specialised presentation system to take things one step further. Either platform could be right for you - that's a subject for us to talk over.
But looking through what we do will hopefully persuade you that it will be a worthwhile discussion.
Let's be clear about where we stand here. We think Microsoft® PowerPoint® is a great product; it's a superb Swiss Army knife for hacking together a decent-looking presentation. But all that flexibility comes at a price.
We developed Configurative to provide a different balance between flexibility and power. We're not trying to replace PowerPoint, just to give you an alternative solution for your presentations.
Solution: Configurative delivers fully interactive, controllable animation in two or three dimensions. It can also seamlessly embed video, Flash applications - and even PowerPoint presentations!
Solution: Configurative makes it incredibly quick and easy to make those last-minute edits. You can tweak an existing presentation and save it under a new name.
Solution: Configurative presentations are only as editable as you want them to be. You can set rules for fonts, colours and so on, restrict what graphics can be included, even lock off complete sections. You're always in control.
Solution: Configurative Live Update can automatically take care of updating the presentations out in the field. If something changes back at base, it's automatically propagated out to all of the presenters' computers.
Here's a few recent examples to give you some idea of how Configurative is making its mark in the real world. Unless otherwise stated, we've designed and built the core presentation system for each client, and then handed it over to the client in a "ready to present" form. The edit system then makes it easy for the client to update information or make special custom presentations.
