When TNT Fashion Group present to their clients they need to demonstrate that they're very much part of the fashion industry. This isn't easy when you, literally, deliver your services by great big trucks. So we've put a lot of work into helping them to identify the key messages that appeal to a fashion retailer.

When TNT Fashion Group looked for a way of making their presentations more dynamic, slick and persuasive, they chose Configurative as the ideal solution. They couldn't have picked a better time, as we were approaching completion of Configurative Version 2, our clean-sheet revision of what was already a winning system.
TNT FG specialises totally in serving retail fashion. It's a complex marketplace that has very specific requirements. In our experience, customers understand what you're offering them far better if it's put across in their terms. So we've worked with the TNT guys to establish a new approach. Instead of subjecting their audience to a lengthy dissertation on the undeniable capabilities of TNT FG, we're showing how our client can ease the supply chain problems that interrupt retailing.
It's all driven from the new Module Manager, a straightforward, intuitive drag-and-drop system that lets TNT build custom presentations in just a few minutes. There's even a built-in search system to locate that brilliant presentation you did last year. I think there was something in it about cross-docking...
When you've just made a great presentation your customer usually asks you to leave a copy behind. That's easily done; just click on the copy button and the system automatically packages up the exact presentation you've made - including any changes you've made - and adds other aspects of your service that there wasn't time to cover. The memory stick or CD you hand to your client can't be edited, so your information remains secure and unchanged.
