Acuity is a facilities management company with a strong message to any estate operator. They work on a set management fee, with incentive payments based on the savings they produce for their clients. This puts them in alignment with their clients' aims, as opposed to the traditional approach based on a mark-up on outlay.
Our presentation system helps them put this message across.

a presentation screen can be an amazingly restricted space. Acuity's fresh approach to facilities management is difficult to explain without reference to lots of diagrams. And at times those diagrams take the form of flow charts.
Flow charts work well on paper; you can read surprisingly small text and it's possible to lay out pages side-by-side to see how it all fits together.
You can't do that on screen. Anything below around 18 point text is illegible to your audience, and it's only possible to show one screenful of information at a time.
We worked around the problem by creating presenter-controllable charts. Using the cursor keys it's easy to navigate around the chart, highlighting individual points, and even drilling in for further information where this is relevant.
The Acuity presentation inlcudes a simple version of our module manager to allow custom presentations to be made and saved, and for customer logos to be inserted and auto-scaled in a few mouse clicks.
