We've tried to give a reasonably complete picture of what Configurative might do for you. But the nature of anything this powerful is that it looks confusing at first sight. So if we've managed to baffle rather than inform you, you'll probably find a more specific conversation clarifies things no end.

We've never understood the idea that pestering you with unwanted contact, or sharing your details with complete strangers so that they can pester you with unwanted contact, makes sense on any level. So, quite apart from the fact we think it would be unethical to do so, we really can't see the point.
So we don't share your information with anyone else. Neither will we make nuisances of ourselves once you've entrusted us with your contact details.
What we will do is try to stay in touch with you. But at no point will that take the form of spam e-mail or over-contact by any other means. Realistically you can expect a call or e-mail from us in response to thismessage - that's simple politeness.
We're developing our products all the time. If we do something new that's directly relevant to what we know about your needs, we'd like to tell you about it. Typically that means you might hear from us once or twice a quarter.
