Domestic & General use our consultancy to get the message right

One size fits one prospect

Domestic & General understands that a general message can't return a specific result.  That's why they use our consultancy services when there's a major presentation to be made.  While their competitors bang on with their one size doesn't really fit anybody approaches, D&G move in close and hit the nail square on the head.

Strategic presentations with added direction

Closely targeted presentations for key accounts

Clearing the message

Domestic & General already use our Configurative system to present to their customers.  But they also call us back in whenever there's a key, strategic pitch to be made.  When they're presenting to major customers we work with them to find the key messages that will show their client that D & G have the answers they're looking for.

The sessions are always good fun, despite the late nights, and it's amazing what we all learn in the process.  It's certainly useful for us - you can never understand your client too well - an the insight we gain helps us to do a better job.  And it must work for D & G because they keep inviting us back!

Pitching each of these key presentations to focus on what an individual customer has to gain makes them far more effective than a generic pitch.  Admittedly it's not a low-cost route , but results so far have proved that the returns completely justify the costs.

Where the outcome of a presentation could be worth millions it pays to get it absolutely right.
