A rolling retail presentation gives them something to watch, and adds extra selling opportunities. The Listers trade counter system allows them to make quick, easy changes and additions to keep the display bang up to date.

Listers' trade counter is a hive of activity. From around 7.00am every morning it'll be packed with installers buying and collecting their materials for the day ahead. As for any outlet of this type there'll be times when Listers' customers need to wait for a few minutes. They're comforted by coffee and snacks and entertained by a rolling sales presentation that feeds them a steady stream of installation tips and videos and special offers. There are also nearby kiosks that they can use to explore the interactive CD that we developed for Listers.
By its very nature, this presentation needs to be absolutely up to date. We developed it so that Listers can add, remove and edit pages with a few mouse clicks. They can insert video, photographs, special offers and so on, and the system automatically creates smooth, animated transitions from one to the next.
This is an ideal approach for a company like Listers. They have a wide product portfolio, so a windows customer might not yet be buying conservatory roofs from them. It's also a chance to pick up business for consumables like silicon filler and spacers.
Just a few weeks into the project, the system had already created a significant upswing in peripheral sales, and enquiries for new (to the customer) product had increased by more than 20%.
